LBO’s manufacturer Oh-Sew-Whitty is a UK based business set in the heart of Yorkshire in the town of Linthwaite.
Owner and Founder Terri Whitford first established the business when her son was a baby and in his bouncer. Deciding not to return to her old job Terri dusted off an old skill in tailoring and started doing alterations for her neighbours. Due to high quality reliable work, the demand for Terri’s skills increased and the orders grew rapidly in the first year.
After acquiring many years of experience working in tailoring and both men and women’s fashion, Terri decided to take the daunting but exciting decision to establish her own company. The years spent working on men’s military uniforms allowed Oh-Sew-Whitty to perfect their skills, and now proudly able to offer customers clothing alterations, made-to-measure services, and manufacturing solutions.
Since the launch of Oh-Sew-Whitty, the company has flourished, with the help of their small but, highly skilled team. They believe the reason for its success is due to the dedication in providing first class clothing solutions and excellent customer service.
Manufacturing in the UK has been limited for many years and their biggest aim is to bring it right back to where it belongs!
